Shipping Policy

TLC products are shipped within the contiguous United States via UPS Priority Mail. Orders are typically processed on Wednesday. Custom orders will take additional time to process, and the time frame will be discussed with you when you place the order. Shipping fees depends on the size and weight of the products you order, and will be confirmed when you place your order. Customers located near TLC Soapery may arrange for pick-up. We do not ship lotion bars during the summer months because of temperature sensitivity.

Return Policy

TLC Soapery is dedicated to your self-care experience. Please contact us if a product does not perform satisfactorily. While we cannot accept the return of a personal care product, we will do our best to find a way to improve your experience. This could include providing a replacement or a discount on a future order.
